It’s an interesting dynamic to watch the interactions of a big dog and little dog. When they go on a walk, when they rest, when they bark together and when they basically ignore each other. Seeing the unspoken feelings in the different interactions is almost an insight into the same unspoken human interactions and feelings.
No, no I am not saying humans are dogs or vice versa but they do have specific ways to let the other know what they think and as we all know dogs have personalities. Some can work out their differences and some can’t just like humans.
What is interesting is how they can learn to just exist together even if they don’t particularly “like” the other one. Dogs can learn to live with and even enjoy each other way more than humans. The big dog and little dog I am looking at don’t dislike each other but they have certain reservations. They have learned to exist with each other and to a certain extent “enjoy” each other. They don’t get worked up about their differences but come to certain understandings to enjoy their time together. Both are currently napping in the sun so good times in doggie world.
So, what does this even mean for humans? Obviously if we can talk through our differences, it is always best. But if we can’t, how can we come to the same understanding to peacefully co-exist so that each and everyone of us can enjoy our best lives? Respect and understanding, I think. If we can base all our interactions both spoken and unspoken off those two things, we will be killing it! So, whatever you have going on, who ever you encounter start with respect and understanding and see where it takes you. I’m going to guess to good places. As always Shine Bright and Much Love!!
