Life if nothing else is a series of steps. From the very first ones you take as a baby to the steps you take to evolve into childhood, being a teenager then adulthood. It is interesting how everyone makes the same steps, but we all put our own spin on them.
Around the world there are mil
lions of kids working up to taking those first steps and it is a similar process but there are differences. Some are cautious and take their time, some lean on their parents or up on a piece of furniture, and others seem to stand up on their own and fully go for it. What ever tweaks to getting there the results are all similar as a few tentative steps become walking and before you know it running.
It is the steps after that which can vary in their approach. Sure, we all follow the same steps of growing up, going to school, making the choice of who or what we want to be and if that comes from college, trades, work etc. This is where the world becomes amazing in my opinion. These steps are where we not only get to grown and learn about ourselves personally, but we get to share that with the world and experience others. As we each make our steps forward in life, we encounter others doing the same thing. They might be coming from a different direction so how cool is it that you can interact with them and not only learn from them, but we can educate on the path we just took our steps on.
So, as you are stepping forward one after the other don’t forget to look up and see those around you. Ask how they are “stepping” and the path those steps were taken on.
